Tuesday night
Last night was lovely! The air was perfect, I was happy with my outfit, and I was able to spend quality time with friends and family!

I started at New Star in River Forest. New Star is a fun, cheap, and delish!! We go every year for my Grandma's bday and this year was her 80th...kinda a big deal! I have a huge family, so it was nice to eat bad and talk good.

After New Star we went to Danny's, a small bar on Dickens and Damen. I love Danny's, it's small, humble, and cute. The music is generally pretty good, too chill for my taste last night, but usually good! It was nice to be out and about last night, and good to see all my friends.

National Geographic-China issue
I was reading the new National Geographic, China issue..I have yet to finish, it was really interesting and filled with lots of cool info.
I have to comment on a photo, well several photos that I was kinda into.
Over a year ago, at Columbia Chicago, the museum of modern photography was hosting and exhibit called "Made in China"..the photography was all SO beautiful, and ascetically pleasing for being such a disgusting topic. Anyway, three photographers were represented..one installation remains fresh in my mind..
Michael Wolf! He was awesome, he filled the walls and ceiling with toys all made in China. Aside from his kick ass installation, his photos were great! I love pinks, sea foams and yellows, it was all so beautiful!
As I said, this issue was worth checking out, and so is Michael wolf!
Here are some other images that I dug..

Li Feng: Animal
the animals in this photo are in the process of being shipped away to science
The Baby that leaves from the earth: Li Wei
